Media and Content Delivery
Unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in the agreement or proposal, any materials given to us by the client must adhere to these rules.
•Written content must be sent in Word or Google drive documents by E-mail
•Visual content such as photos, videos, and logos must be sent by E-mail or by flash drive
•All visual content must be high quality and print suitable in JPG, PNG, GIF, or TFF format
•Logos, illustrations, and other graphic design elements must be sent with their respective program format (.Ai, .PSD, .AE, and etc.)
The client agrees that any set-up fees (or any similar one-time fee depending on the type of service requested of Marketopia) required for the client’s Digital Marketing campaign and services are non-refundable. These fees are applied to costs immediately and are paid before campaign and service initiation.
The client acknowledges and agrees that advertising and marketing services rendered by Marketopia must be paid for one month in advance. The fees/full payment amount for advertising services will be recorded in the applicable agreement or proposal, and may change according to changes in client’s wishes and budget.
The client is responsible for paying the deposit and full payable amount, along with any extra expenses and set up fees, according to the aforementioned “Terms of Payment and Deposits” at the general Terms and Conditions page.
Provided Guarantee and Service
Marketopia will provide the client with services to improve their website’s visibility through the usage of various online methods (according to service(s) requested by client), websites, and etc. The client accepts that Marketopia cannot fully guarantee specific results, although we actively seek methods to maximize our client’s return on investment (ROI) through constant monitoring and tweaking of our client’s campaigns.
Marketopia will not employ or otherwise use any methods or tactics that is deemed unsavory or unacceptable by major search engines. The client agrees to understanding that clicks to your website from search engines may contain certain misspellings, singular/plural combinations, and other related search terms. All keyword campaigns will include key terms, titles, descriptions selected specifically with the intent to optimize return on advertising spend.
The client understands that any data and information provided by the client to Marketopia may not be processed in real-time as it may be subject to the latency of the internet, Marketopia’s internal systems, and the network of third party search engines.
The client acknowledges that, unless Marketopia has also provided web development services to the client, we are not responsible for the maintenance of the client’s website(s) nor are we responsible for any order entry, payment processing, shipping, cancellations, returns or customer service concerning orders placed on your website(s).
The client agrees to have read and understood the following
We hold no responsibility for policies of PPC and GDN Advertising Networks, third-party search engines, directories or other third party websites. The client’s web site or content may be excluded or banned from any third-party resource or search engine at any time. The client agrees not to hold Marketopia responsible for any liability or actions taken by the third-party resources under this Agreement.
The client acknowledges that the nature of many of the search engines and PPC advertising in general are competitive in nature. Marketopia does not guarantee a specific position, consistent position for any particular keyword or phrase.
Client acknowledges that PPC Advertising may be subject to a certain advertising network’s policies and procedures; and that any of the PPC advertising networks, search engines, directories or other resources may block, prevent or otherwise stop accepting submissions for an undefined period of time.
The client acknowledges that PPC advertising networks or search engines may drop listings from its database for no apparent or predictable reason. Marketopia shall re-submit resources to the search engine based on the current policies of the search engine in question.
Marketopia will try its best to keep the client informed of all and any changes that we are made aware of that may impact the client’s digital marketing campaign and strategies.
The client acknowledges that Marketopia cannot guarantee the exact placement of the client’s advertising; its availability or availability is related to the funds in the client’s account or funds provided by cash to Marketopia. The client is solely responsible for all advertising fees and must maintain adequate funds in any third-party accounts or with Marketopia in order to maintain a good standing within search engines and other third-party websites.
